The charter bus will depart Atlanta February 8th, 2013. Bus load time is 10:00PM. Departure time is 11:00p SHARP!
We will stop at the Louisiana Welcome Center where you will have 45 minutes to change your clothes and freshen up. Once in New Orleans the bus will drop off at Harrah's Casino and return for bus load/pick up at 1:00a. (The bus will not be parked downtown, therefore, you will not be able to re-board until that time. However, you can leave your coolers and other items on board.)

Rain or Shine Mardi Gras will go on.
We are not responsible for vehicles left at parking locations. We are neither responsible for nor held liable for motorcoach malfunctions during the trip. We are not responsible for the safety/security of any items you choose to leave aboard the bus. However, we WILL party and have a good time on the bus and in New Orleans. Use the Buddy System. Remember, Safety First and be respectful to other passengers. No illegal drugs, loud cursing/swearing or fighting will be tolerated.
